I love snow. No, I really do. When I was at school there was nothing better than snow days and having the day off because the snow (admittedly not even that bad compared to most parts of the world) made it too unsafe to drive. There was nothing better than running out and having a snowball right or building a snowman etc. Or stomping around in the snow, screaming your head off. So yes, I love snow … or I did when I was kid / teenager. Now fast-forward a handful of years to when I am the ripe (not so) old age of 28. I hate snow. No, I really do. It’s so annoying. Trains cancelled. Road’s ungritted. Black ice on the roads and pavements so damn slippery. It was fine when I was a kid and I could take the day off but now that I am working, it’s another matter. I finally see what my parents were complaining about all those years. I am really sick of it and I just want it to go away.

I had a training course booked last week, when the snow hit Manchester. Manchester town centre (where my course was) was thankfully not that bad but where I live, it was bad. Really bad. Anyway, we still managed to get out but the trains into Manchester were either cancelled or delayed. I had to rely on Taxi’s (don’t drive) from my dads work to get into town. Needless to say, I will be very happy if I don’t see snow again this year. Don’t get me wrong, despite my ranting I do love snow but eh, it’s nice around Christmas time when I don’t have to work (sorry to those who do work Christmas time) and I can go and have some fun.

In other news, I found out that I was a victim of credit fraud. :eek: It’s very scary to know how easily it can be done. I am very careful about where I shop online or use my card but in the end, it still happened to me. I can’t even begin to tell you how annoying and frustrating it is. And especially when you know it might not even be your fault as some banks have been fined for losing bank details of customers. Seriously, how irresponsible can you be. You try everything to be careful and then your bank goes and leaves an unencrypted CDs will all your details lying around. Pathetic.

So what is everyone getting for Christmas (I can’t believe it’s not that far now). I have bought all my family their presents and have even bought myself some (what I like buying things for myself). The best part is, is that my parents gave a budget of how much they will give us and so I have decided to put that towards a Gucci bag. Obviously, I will also have to put some towards it but I am so happy ‘cos I’ve always wanted on. I was going to buy it online but after my card fiasco, I think I will go into London and buy it from Selfridges. Eee, I can’t wait as I know which one I want. Aw man, I have to wait until the weekend to go into London but oh well, it will be worth it and I can’t wait.

This weekend is my work’s Christmas party. Hopefully, it will be fun but I can’t believe I am missing the Xfactor finals and Strictly Come Dancing semi-finals. Must sneak out to do some votes!

I am my own worst enemy. No really I am. Today has probably been one of the crappiest days I’ve ever had. And I make it worst by being an idiot, no really I need the word moron taped to my head.
I’ve been feeling tired and sluggish due to this diet that I’m on, which I’ve recently found out after talking to my friend who’s a Nutritionist (well done for passing your MSc hun!!) is not a healthy diet. She said that I am building ketone’s in my body and starving myself, so I am going to do the diet for this one week then join slimming world. It also didn’t help that I nearly fainted and was sick today but oh well. Anyway, because of this I haven’t really been paying attention to what I am doing at all. So I’ve had a headache all day, I’ve been drinking nearly 4 pints of whatever and stilling feeling this bad and life is shit.

So why the bad day? It first started with this dating website I joined be2.co.uk (DO NOT JOIN IT or any other sites associated with it!) I realised it was shit and not worth the money so I wanted to cancel. I contacted them, no answer. I tried to cancel online and I received a cancellation code with the words click here to log in and cancel – the link didn’t work. Okay, so I logged in and searched where to place the cancellation code – couldn’t find it. Write them another email, nothing. Today still no answer, so I sent them a strongly worded letter and sent it to each email address they had – no answer. I thought well this code (48 hour expiry) is nearly finished so I will request another one. To get it you have to go to help -> FAQ -> Payment -> then there is some advice telling you how to cancel. Guess what I find there? The box to enter the code! Come on that is so crap, who places the cancellation box in the FAQ section?? It should be on your profile section. If I hadn’t have gone into it before the code expired I would never have know. Sorry but can we say suspicious here. One the link in the email didn’t work, there was no mention of where to enter the code and it’s located in the FAQ section. Surely it should be under profile and settings? I’ve cancelled it but I will be entering this site into all the fraud website advisor. And I’ve noticed a lot of people have now done so, I did a search before I joined but found nothing but now I can find loads saying how they’ve been cheated.

Anyway, why am I a moron? During the time of this, I received an email from Evans where I have returned some items. Anyway it said refund £40. Now don’t ask me why but I thought I paid £75 so I was like WTH! And it didn’t enter my mind to check how much, no that would be the sensible thing to do. No, I go and ring them saying, ‘I WANT MY FULL MONEY BACK!!’ and then when she asks for the order code, I am giving it and then I see how much I paid … you guessed it £40. OMG can you please say HUMA YOU ARE A MORON!! ARGGH!! I am such an idiot. Lol, I am finding it funny now but at the time I was so mortified. A lesson is learnt here, check before you go steaming off. Of course I will never learn from this and do it again but oh well. Lol, I am laughing at myself now.

But please, bring on tomorrow already. Please.
